How long does it take to process my order?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. During peak seasons, holidays, or product launches, please allow an extra 1–2 days for processing time.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order has not yet shipped, please contact us right away at CustomerCare@affinatiliving.com. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations. Once an order has been shipped, modifications are no longer possible.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can also log into your Affinati account anytime to view your order history and real-time shipping updates.
