Yes. All Affinati products — from candles and room sprays to lotions and scrubs — are 100% cruelty-free and never tested on animals.
Q: Do you use parabens or phthalates?
No. Every Affinati product is made without parabens, phthalates, or harmful additives. Our focus is clean, luxurious formulas designed to elevate your home and self-care routine.

Q: How long does it take to process my order?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. During peak seasons or holidays, please allow an extra day or two for processing.
Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to accommodate changes. Once shipped, modifications can no longer be made.

International Minimum Order:
To ensure safe and cost-efficient delivery, we require a $90 USD minimum order for international customers.

Most international orders arrive within 7–15 business days, depending on your country’s customs process and carrier performance.
Q: Will I need to pay customs or import fees?
International customers may be responsible for customs duties or taxes based on local regulations. These fees are not included in Affinati’s product or shipping prices.

Q: What is your return policy?
Because our products are handmade and fragrance-based, we accept returns only on unopened, unused items within 60 days of delivery. Please contact us for return authorization before sending anything back.
Q: What if my item arrives damaged?
We’re so sorry! If you receive a damaged or broken item, please contact us within 60 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the product. We’ll gladly send a replacement or refund.
