At Affinati, every order is carefully packed and shipped from our U.S. facility with care.
We proudly offer worldwide delivery with duties and taxes included for all international orders.

USA Returns

We offer free 60-day returns on all eligible items. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us within 60 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Products must be unused and in their original condition.

If the products are used we offer store credit.

International Returns

We gladly accept international returns on all eligible items; however, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returned products must be unused, in their original condition, and securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Order Processing Time (All Countries)

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
During high-volume seasons (such as holidays or product launches), processing may take an additional day, but we work diligently to ship as quickly as possible.

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
