We proudly offer worldwide delivery with duties and taxes included for all international orders.

USA Returns

New / Unused Items -
Free returns within 60 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition to qualify for a refund.

Used Items -
Used items may be returned within 7 days of delivery and are eligible for a refund once approved.

International Returns

We gladly accept international returns on all eligible items; however, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returned products must be unused, in their original condition, and securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Order Processing Time (All Countries)

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
During high-volume seasons (such as holidays or product launches), processing may take an additional day, but we work diligently to ship as quickly as possible.

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
