Returns

We offer free 60-day returns on all eligible items. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us within 60 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Products must be unused and in their original condition.

If the products are used we offer store credit.

Order Processing Time (All Countries)

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
During high-volume seasons (such as holidays or product launches), processing may take an additional day, but we work diligently to ship as quickly as possible.

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

All U.S. orders ship directly from our Virginia warehouse.

• Free shipping on all orders over $50 USD
• Orders under the free shipping threshold will have calculated rates at checkout.

Duties & Taxes:
There are no import duties or taxes for U.S. customers.

We ship to Canada with Duties & Taxes Included (DDP), so you’ll never pay additional fees upon delivery.
